L.A. Fit Expo is Coming...Puff Out Your Chest and Suck in that Gut

Ah, another batch of New Year's resolutions to fulfill (wink-wink) this year. Stop smoking cigarettes (or other), save money for the kid's college fund instead of blowing it on online poker, find that certain someone to finally settle down with that doesn't subscribe to Crazy Monthly, and of course to lose weight.
