Gallery 1988 Art Exhibit: Celebrating Steve Martin

It seems fitting that one of the biggest art collectors around would get an art exhibit dedicated to him. The honoree is the multi-talented Steve Martin and Gallery 1988 is bringing a collection of works to their Venice location as tribute to his career in music, television, movies and literature. Check it out if you're in Los Angeles. 

Tomorrow, Friday, June 8th, join us at G1988 (Venice) as we open "Excuuuuuuse Meeeeeeeee," a group show that celebrate the life and work of comedian/writer/art collector, Steve Martin. Whether it's a painting based on his incredible television projects, prints based on his memorable films or sculptures inspired by his stand-up, this show is filled with amazing work, all influenced by an amazing man. Tomorrow night we will hold the opening reception at G1988 (Venice) from 7-10 PM and the show will run through June 30th. Here are some sneak previews of work in the show!
