One of the best cons on the west coast, WonderCon, returns to Anaheim, California with all the pop culture, cosplay, comic books and entertainment you can fit in a convention center. This year looks to be another winner in the town that Disney built. With more A-list comic book talent, special guests, a masquerade and a Children's Film Festival the con makes for an eclectic pop culture event.

WonderCon Anaheim is proud to once again present a special night dedicated to giving costumes the spotlight they’re entitled to and the talented costuming attendees the recognition they deserve: The 10th annual on-stage Masquerade Costume Competition!
A Master of Ceremonies introduces each presentation, and the panel of guest judges selects the winners in various categories. The guest Mistress of Ceremonies this year is Ashley Eckstein. Actress and entrepreneur Ashley Eckstein has appeared in a wide variety of TV, movie and stage roles, most recognized as the voice of Ahsoka Tano in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Always new and different each year, some costumes will be impressive re-creations from the genres of movies, TV, anime, comic books, fantasy, and history; others will be completely original designs from the imagination. Some will be solo entries, others will be groups with a shared theme. A panel of guest judges selects the winners in various categories.
WonderCon Anaheim Games offers over 20 different game titles to play for free during the convention! There are lots of new games this year. There will be demonstrations of Cool Mini or Not’s Kaos Ball, Rivet Wars, and Zombicide. We Are Dead will be demonstrated by Never Peak Games. Demos from Play It Painted, including Anima Tactics, Boss Monster, and Hell Dorado. Also, Steve Jackson Games will demo Castellan, Frag, Munchkin, and Revolution!
And what con would be without a plethora of exhibitors. Here are just some of them:
Enjoy WonderCon!
