The Eva Green 'Sin City' Character Poster the MPAA Didn't Want You to See

After the release of five character posters from the upcoming Robert Rodriguez co-directed sequel Frank Miller's Sin City A Dame to Kill For, Dimension Films was ready to send out another but the MPAA was none too pleased and rejected it. 

The trade association deemed the poster inappropriate citing "...nudity - curve of under breast and dark nipple/areola circle visible through sheer gown." I'm not sure how long the pervs at the MPAA stared at this poster to see areola because it isn't evident in the image above. Is it sexy? Yes. Is it too sexy? That's debatable but it's not any more salacious than posters the governing body has approved in the past. 

In any case the studio will be submitting an alternative version that hopefully the MPAA deems less vulgar.

Opens in wide release on August 22.
