NEW COMIC BOOKS TODAY: Notable New Releases for July 2, 2014

This week in comics the big boys, DC Comics and Marvel, have some exciting action going on in issues of Action Comics #33, Superman Unchained #7, Ultimate Spider-Man #3, 100th Anniversary Fantastic Four #1, Rocket Raccoon #1 and even a Scooby-Doo Team-Up #5 with Wonder Woman. 

Not to be outdone though indies have some quality books out today too. And as usual these titles are driven by their talented creators. Greg Rucka and Michael Lark on Lazarus #9, Joshua Williamson on Nailbiter #3, Ron Marz and Laura Braga on Witchblade #176, Jason Aaron on Southern Bastards #3 and workaholic Frank J. Barbiere on The White Suits #4 and the trade The Five Ghosts Volume 2. 

Whatever you're looking for it's available today. Sci-fi, superheroes, thrillers, supernatural and even for the kiddies.
