In an interview with IGN, Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige acknowledged the huge fan support in bringing favorite comic book characters, Captain Marvel and Black Panther, to the big screen but the exec wasn't ready to reveal anything. In fairness to Feige, there's no rush in making comic book movies fans want when audiences keep rushing to see the ones they're given.
Guardians of the Galaxy proved once again that Marvel can hit it big at the box office with even the most obscure characters including a raccoon and a tree. So why put fan favorites like BP and CM on the fast track to production when you can give them Ant-Man? Even mediocre sequels of now well known heroes like Iron Man and Thor generate hundreds of millions here and internationally. Marvel is sticking to their plans and they'll get to Carol Danvers and T'Challa after Avengers: Age of Ultron, after Doctor Strange, and Captain America 3.
Feige says he gets asked about them more than any other properties and there's been some development done already but there's nothing to announce. He's aware of the "groundswell" of support and it's something to "pay attention to" but too bad folks they're going to stay the course and get to your favorite characters when they damn well feel like it.
