What Does the Millennium Falcon and Batman have in Common?

A little Gotham City swag under the Millennium Falcon

In the latest volley between the friendly Easter egg rivalry of Star Wars Episode VII director J.J. Abrams and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder comes this cool new video featuring an official look at the classic 'hunk of junk' the Millennium Falcon. Only this time there appears to be an added touch all the way from Gotham City.

Snyder recently posted  an image on his Twitter page of a Stormtrooper being arrested by Gotham City police for stealing the Batmobile in response to media reports that it had really been swiped off the set (it wasn't). Pinning it on the beleaguered poor-shooting clone was a nice touch but Abrams just raised the ante on a cinematic level.

The short video is one long shot panning the side and underside of the Falcon while the signature John Williams score plays. The close camera work reveals the fantastic details of the ship and suddenly the music seamlessly changes into the Hans Zimmer score of The Dark Knight as the shot rests on what looks like the Tumbler aka the Batmobile .

What does the Millennium Falcon and Batman have in common? The Batmobile apparently.
