Check Out This Fan-Made LOBO Trailer, Bastich!


Despite the flurry of comic book movies and television shows now and in the future it seems that this fan-favorite has been lost in the shuffle. Lobo, the arrogant ultra-violent intergalactic bounty hunter, is not part of Warner Bros plans to adapt to film. Two other attempts were rumored years ago but resulted in false starts. Thankfully, director Jesse V. Johnson hasn't forgotten about the big lug and has made his own movie trailer. 

Johnson has previously created a short for Wonder Woman so he's no stranger to the DC universe. In this one Lobo, the traditional biker brute not the softened blank-faced dullard of the New 52 comics, has his hands full with uncooperative baddies and the appropriately bloody brawl has plenty of gore and quips. 

Just the type of anti-hero that would be perfect to skewer the state of comic book movies out now. We can dream. Enjoy!
