'Heroes Reborn: The Aurora' Teases the Return of NBC's Once Popular Show During the Super Bowl

With all eyes on NBC's Super Bowl coverage on Sunday night, it took the opportunity to tease the reboot of the 2006 series as Heroes Reborn. The 15-second spot reveals close to nothing as Noah Bennett (Jack Coleman reprising his role as the cheerleader's father from "save the cheerleader, save the world" tagline of the original) is watching a young girl control the skies at the Northen Lights.

He turns to notice that he's being watched by Zachary Levi whose role is unknown. In fact, little is known about the production, which starts in two months, as Coleman and Levi are the only two confirmed cast members. 

Still, the psychedelic spot is quick but cool and here's hoping the upcoming 13-episode miniseries finds redemption for the series that seriously lost its way into absurdity leading to its cancelation in 2010.
