Director Zack Snyder teased on Twitter Wednesday with a 20-second video for the IMAX screening of the first Batman V Superman trailer. This follows earlier reports about a five-second look at the trailer coming Thursday morning that would lead to a way to see the full trailer on Monday. Well, Snyder couldn't wait and has posted a link on the same Twitter post where you can sign up for passes at your local IMAX theater. Check it out:
The event is reportedly 15 minutes long with an introduction by Snyder himself. At that length, the assumption is there'll be extra footage shown.
Batman v Superman is scheduled to be released on March 25, 2016.
“Dawn of Justice” also stars Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth) and Diane Lane (Martha Kent), and will feature the big screen debut of Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman and Jason Momoa’s Aquaman ahead of two standalone films focusing on those characters, as well as two planned “Justice League” films, which will bring all of DC Comics’ most iconic heroes together. WB has also set release dates for solo films centered around fellow Justice League members “The Flash,” starring Ezra Miller; “Shazam,” with Dwayne Johnson appearing as antagonist Black Adam; and “Cyborg,” starring Ray Fisher. - Variety
