NEW COMIC BOOK DAY: Notable Releases 5/25/16

This week's two shocking developments include the much-ballyhooed DC Universe Rebirth #1 issue laying out DC Comics' restructuring plan and Captain America: Steve Rogers #1 where Cap reveals a shocking secret. Both are lighting up the internet with reactions as only the internet can.
